All our jewelry is made to order and requires hours to give you high-quality work. A process that may take several weeks, depending on the jewelry piece. If you have a problem with your jewelry piece, please contact us. We want you to enjoy your new jewelry; if you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to info@diamondplayjewels.com
Returns/Cancellations - Please do not order, return or cancel without careful consideration, as labor cost and a 15% - 20% return/cancellation fee will be charged. Returns will be accepted within 7 days after the delivery arrival date. The jewelry must be in its original condition to be accepted. Money will be refunded within 10 - 14 business days.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, so if you feel your jewelry has arrived damaged or has some kind of defect, please let us know immediately. We offer a 2-year warranty of the jewelry piece for the original purchaser on any manufacturing defects that result in the loss of a stone or metal breakage. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental or incidental breakage, loss, theft, or any changes to the piece that our professionals have not worked on. We ask that you send the piece to us for any issues, or the warranty may be void.
In any kind of inconsistency or dispute, we can directly cancel orders. There could be reasons from our end that include limitation of product in inventory, a mistake in pricing, finding wrong information in the product, etc.
Please note that each piece of jewelry is uniquely made; because of this, the carat weight may vary slightly from piece to piece.
The jewelry images shown on this website are computer renders. Some images might look smaller in real life. You can get an idea of the size in the images shown when shopping for the individual jewelry piece. Edges on images are sharper than the actual jewelry piece. The actual edges on the jewelry piece will be slightly rounded due to polishing.
Once you have made a purchase, the production time can be from 3-9 weeks, depending on the jewelry piece. When your piece is finished, we will notify you through e-mail and give you a tracking number for reference. Once the piece is finished, we offer free FedEx shipping in the U.S.A. Shipments will require a signature upon delivery.
