SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our jewelry is made to order. Please allow some time so that your jewelry can be hand-crafted to its full brilliance.
Each piece of jewelry made has a different time for delivery. It may take 3 to 5 weeks for your jewelry to be completed. Once your jewelry is finished we will provide you with a delivery tracking number.
Free overnight FedEx shipping in the U.S.A. once the jewelry piece is complete. A signature will be required on all deliveries.
International shipping cost will be charged based on destination.
Sorry, we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box address.
We are happy to ship to a non-US address, provided it is being sent to the same billing address associated with the credit card
It is possible for some orders to experience delays in customs. We have no control over this and ask you to contact your local customs agency if necessary.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties outside the United States. Such cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival to the destination country.
